Homemade Makeup Remover

I have very sensitive skin and have to be careful of what makeup and wash I use. I found this idea on pintrest and it works great! Plus, it's really cheap, easy, and I had everything for it already!

All you need is...

2 pumps, (about 2 teaspoons)Baby wash
1 tablespoon Baby oil
fill the bottle about all the way with Water
An empty bottle or spray bottle

Shake before every use!

General Conference 2013

In April was our LDS General Conference 2013. I just love listening to the General Authorities speak.  One of my favorite talks was, The Hope of God’s Light by Pres. Dieter F. Uchtdorf. It was like he was speaking to me.
I just love this quote, which you can print off at, My Happy Tribe! They have the cutest Visiting Teaching Messages.

Savannah and I did this cute little Conference packet together from sugardoodle.net.

Savannah's Urology Update

Yesterday, Savannah had a VCRG. She was sedated, so it wasn't as awful as it could have been but it was still really hard and scary for her and for me. The nurses were so nice and most of the time we were able to keep her attention on some toys and keep her calm by talking her through it. They had some trouble with the Catheter because her anatomy is different, but she was so brave. I am very proud of her!

This morning, we went to find out the results and what the plan is from here. I was so excited when her doctor told us, she doesn't have to have surgery!!  Her urologist was very surprised that she does NOT have kidney reflux. But, she does have vaginal reflux, but that can hopefully be fixed by having her sit on the potty backwards so she can empty better.

She will have to take an antibiotic daily for 6 months and also Miralax. She has some problems with her bowls, which can be part of the cause of her UTIs. I won't go into the goriness of it. lol, but it is very , very painful for her to go.  We are also waiting for results to find out whether she has a UTI right now.  So, to sum it all up, we just have to get her healthy again and out of this repetitive UTI circle.

Thank you everyone for all of your love and prayers! We are so blessed!
