My goal for this year is to cook my family homemade meals each week. This way we won't have any 10:00, "I'm hungry, Let's just get something from Sonic..." I want to help my family be healthier, and this is how I am going to do this. I will plan my menus out for three to four weeks at a time, and I will try to make them healthy!
