Sunday was my brother's birthday! I made this Chocolate Raspberry Layer cake for him! It turned out so good! Except... I should have made the frosting by the recipe! I should have cooked the chocolate and cream on the stove first and not just melt the chocolate in the microwave and then mix it with the cream in the blender. The cream was so cold that it hardened the chocolate as it mixed. Well, I wouldn't have learned that if I hadn't taken my short cut! LOL! Now, I'll know for next time!
Savannah and Xander love their Uncle Grant! They even got to help blow out the candles!
They had so much fun building Princess Towers and, "tracks" and, houses!Happy Birthday Grant!!
