Roasted Mixed Vegetables

Roasted Mixed Vegetables
This is a great healthy side dish that goes great with anything grilled!

4 small Zuccuni
3 cups Carrots
4 to 5 small potatos
Drizzle with low fat Italian dressing

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes flip then 10 more minutes, flip and 10 more! Its so easy! Enjoy!
