Homemade Caramels and Dipped Oreos

We make caramels every Christmas. It takes forever, but it's worth it, and that's why we only do it once a year. I've made five batches this year, That's five hours. I am done with making caramels!I got this caramel recipe out of my Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. I'll post the recipe later when I have time.
Dipped Oreos in milk and white chocolate, with crushed candy canes sprinkled on top.
