Day 1: 4:50 am I ran for 45 Minutes.No soda!!!Lots of water! I had no junk food during the day!
Guilty: I had 4, 90 calorie bags of mini rice cakes. I had 1 scoop of Ice cream last night.
Day 2: 5 am I walked 2 miles with a friend. My legs are killing me today! That's good right? No soda!!! Lot's of water. I chased SAvannah around the Kangaroo Zoo! Doesn't that count as exercise? I was tired!
Guilty: I had a cretin number of no bake cookies.
A tip for drinking more water and no soda: Crystal Light Energy drink singles packets! I love them!!! My favorite is the grape! Sorry Jill! I spilled your secret! It really does help!
